nucleargraduates is a very unique graduate programme, sponsored by leading companies in the nuclear sector. The nuclear industry is currently undergoing massive changes, and key businesses need top graduate talent to help drive their initiatives and projects forward.
Companies involved in nucleargraduates include Rolls-Royce, Sellafield, Magnox, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and International Nuclear Services. They’re some of the most well respected businesses in the industry, so graduates can be sure that they’re pursuing a challenging and high caliber career.
Graduates apply to the programme through the nucleargraduates website, and will complete a two-year scheme with a sponsoring company. Upon completion, participants will go on to a permanent role within the sponsoring company.
Opportunities exist in Science, Engineering, and Commercial divisions, and are open to graduates of all disciplines. You don’t need a specific degree, though you do need intelligence, enthusiasm, and lots of potential.
Graduates will receive a starting salary of around £24,000, 25 days of holiday per year, and a range of other benefits. Successful applicants will also undertake a complete programme of learning and development, and be assigned a career mentor from day one.
