Danone is a multinational corporation with over 100,000 employees across the globe. With a history that spans over 100 years, it has a unique purpose to ‘bring health through food and beverages to as many people as possible’. It is responsible for world leading brands including Evian, Activia, Cow & Gate, and Nutricia.

The business is known for its dedication to innovation, and remains true to its roots. Today, it’s No. 1 worldwide for fresh dairy products, No. 2 for waters, and No. 1 in Europe for medical nutrition. To drive the company forward, the business is focused on recruiting the very best graduate talent.

Danone offers graduate programmes in Sales & Marketing, Business Partnering, and Nutrition. All recruits will be placed in roles that are stretching and challenging, though there’ll be plenty of support along the way. Graduates are assigned an internal coach, as well as having access to a network of key individuals who are committed to helping them to achieve their goals and progress within the business.

The recruitment process is in the form of the Danone Leadership Academy. Around 80 applicants will be invited to a 2-day assessment centre that gives graduates the chance to fully experience the Danone culture whilst taking part in workshops, group activities, and networking opportunities. Successful candidates will then be invited to take a position on one of the three Danone graduate programmes.
