Formerly known as Kraft Foods, Mondelēz International owns some of the world’s most famous brands, including Oreo, Kenco, Cadbury’s, and Bassett’s. It has a presence in 165 countries, with more than a billion people enjoying its products on a regular basis.
Though the story began back in 1903 with one horse-drawn carriage selling cheese, it now employs around 127,000 staff around the world.
Graduate roles are available in: Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and R&D. All involve a series of placements that give real insight into how the business works, as well as specialist knowledge from the chosen specialisation.
When recruiting, the business looks for ambition, drive, flexibility, creativity, and a hunger for success. Academic excellence is of course a prerequisite, though focus is always given to finding graduates with a passion for learning and an enthusiasm to deliver the very best results.
There’s a starting salary of around £27,000, as well as a minimum of 27 days of paid holiday per year. There’s also a staff shop with excellent discounts on products, and an optional benefits package.
Mondelēz International was set up by Kraft as a spin off for its snacks and confection.
