The graduate programme is called the Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH), and lasts for two years. Graduates will pursue a specialism in either Sales or Technical, and formal learning and development is underpinned by on-the-job training and continuous mentor support. You’ll be involved in big projects from day one, and have the opportunity to network with other Microsoft graduates all around the world.
There is a starting salary of around £26,000, as well as 25 days of holiday allowance per year, life assurance, health screening, and a generous pension scheme.
